HOW OUR
PROGRAM WORKS

AMG, Inc. pre-hires drivers for over the road
long haul routes. We need drivers in all 48 mainland states.
We can have a qualified applicant trained, licensed and on the job in just
a few short weeks.
We offer unbelievable opportunity at every
turn! You are trained to navigate the High Pay Highway successfully by
receiving hands-on experience in the transportation industry. No
money down, no credit requirements, and no cosigner are needed for
training. We offer paid training and GUARANTEED jobs
upon successful completion of our training school.

We offer:

Starting pay is about $700 - $800 per
week.

What makes us different from the driving
schools? We are NOT a school but actually get you hired.
We are the authorized direct hiring arm for major national
trucking companies. Sure, we will send you to school if you qualify and
are hired. But we MUST GET YOU HIRED FIRST!
Then we will arrange for your training.
The qualifications required to
be hired:

Be at least 21 years old.
-
Read and write at a minimum 8th grade
level. No high school diploma required.

Fairly steady work history for last 3
years.
-
Must have valid auto drivers license for
minimum of last 3 years.
-
No DUI or DWI (Drunk Driving) or reckless
driving within past 5 years.
-
No more than 3 moving violations in past 2
years.
-
No major preventable accidents ($5,000 or
more involving injuries) within the past 2 years.
-
No felonies within last 10 years (drug
related 7 years). Call for details.
-
Good health. No major health problems.
Type 2 diabetes (on pill, not needle) acceptable. Good eyesight,
correctable to at least 20-40 in both eyes.
There are other factors that can affect
hire-ability. They will be discussed on the telephone qualification
interview.
The hiring process:
The entire hiring process is performed
over the telephone, since we hire drivers nationwide. Call

hiring process:
1. You call
us for for a telephone qualification interview. In this call we verify
you likely meet
our qualifications for hire and to answer your employment related
questions.
2. Once it
is determined you meet the pre-hire qualifications and you have decided
to
continue with the pre-hire process, we send you an employment
application by:
3. Only
applications that have been totally completed shall be considered.
4. While we are reviewing your
employment application, we request you to go to your
local
state DMV (Department of Motor Vehicles) and acquire your Class A CDL
Drivers Permit.
In most states this is a simple, quick process, and is often FREE.

Only AFTER
you have your CDL Permit can we get you final hire approval.
GETTING
YOUR PERMIT
You will need
to test for the following 4 categories:

Read the chapter in the
handbook then take the corresponding ONLINE PRACTICE
EXAMS. Once you score 100% on the applicable practice exams, you
should go to your DMV and take the CDL Permit test. Call our

5. It
should take about 2-3 work days for us to have a final decision on your
application.
6. TRAINING

Training: |
| The
training program is divided into four distinct Phases. |
I. During this phase you will spend 14 days learning how to
operate the equipment properly and safely as well as the rules and
regulations governing professional drivers. You will also learn
about our equipment and the paperwork required of a driver.
II. 3-day orientation to familiarize you with company policy
and procedures.
III. On-the-job training during which you begin to receive
pay! You will be assigned to a driving instructor. You are with that
instructor for a period of 25,000 miles (about 4-6 weeks, though
varies) at a wage of $405/week. Near the end of your time with the
instructor, you will be given a road test and attend a 1 day upgrade
briefing in S.L.C.
IV. Phase three is called Advanced Training. You will be in
this phase for 120 accident-free days. During this time you will
receive your own truck and be paid .24 cents per mile, which
usually equates to about $700 - $800 per week. |
