INSTRUCTIONS

You MUST have your Class A CDL Permit BEFORE you can receive final hire determination!

• 1st read the chapter in your state CDL manual.  Many of the manuals are FREE and online.  Go to this page and clink on the link for your state. See if the manual for your state is available.  Most states have it online.  If not, pick one up at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. You will need to take the following 4 sections:

1. General Knowledge

2. Air Brakes

3. Combination Vehicles

4. Haz-Mat (Hazardous Materials)

Go straight to Florida CDL Handbook

• Then go to the following websites to take the online practice exams.

2. http://www.testprepreview.com/cdl_practice.htm

3. http://www.layover.com/newbies/cdltest/

Take ALL of the exams as many times as needed for you to score 100% on them all. Then go to your local DMV and take your Permit Exam. Once you have your Class A CDL Permit, call 904-381-0764 and provide your Permit Number and Date-of-Issue.
